Resource Nurse (RN-Registered Nurse)

Responsibilities:

• Provide Interim Clinical Support where needed for the roles of: DON, ADON, Unit Manager, Nurse Practice Educator
• Define and maintain the standards of practice within the facility.
• Ensure the Nursing Department remains in compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies.
• Complete audits according to the interim role to ensure that staff are maintaining appropriate level of care/level of skill.
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Team.

Qualifications:

• Prior DON experience in Long Term Care is preffered.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge with Electronic Health Record experience.
• Reliable transportation plan.
  
  

License:

• Must have an Active RN license in NJ.
